I recently had the pleasure to speak with Tim Wickline of the Bordeaux Group @ www.wine-reviews.net .  He and his group of developers have been working hard on a Wine GUI called Bordeaux.  It has some really useful features, such as “cellars”.  Which allow for isolated wineprefix directories for those pesky Windows applications that don’t like to play or share with other applications.  It’s worth taking a peek on their website @ http://www.wine-reviews.net .

But even better yet, I will be putting together a detailed and in depth review of the software demonstrating its strengths and how it can help keep you from pulling your hair out when using Wine.  Keep an eye out, but in the mean time.  Go take a look at Wine-Reviews.net and see what you think for yourself!

Also, I just posted up a new guide on How to Install VMware Server 2.0.1 on Ubuntu 9.04.  In the coming week I will also be putting together a guide on how you can improve performance on your VMware Server and Guest clients using system level tweaks in addition to guest vm tweaks to get the most out of your VMware Server!
