Slow Down is a terribly clever iOS application that links your driving speed to your music playback speed. The faster you drive the slower the music becomes, giving you an audio reminder to slow down.

The application uses your phone’s GPS to check the speed limit in your location. Exceed the speed limit a little bit and your music slows down time-warp style. Exceed it a lot and the music stops altogether. It’s a clever and subtle way to encourage people to drive the speed limit as it provides immediate feedback and a motive (hearing your music at the correct playback speed) to slow down.
